everything was good, personnel was nice and pleasant. the room was neat, modern, you can use free wi-fi here. the location was great: a good supermarket and small supermarkets were within walking distance. it was set in a nice area. thoroughly enjoyed this very comfortable stay for the six nights.

Ideal location for the end of a long holiday before we flew to USA from Auckland . The water taxi service was ideal to get to Auckland and the trip to the Airport was on the easy side of the City . Good location and quiet , all the services on site including car washing so the rental car was cleaned before it was returned !!!!! just a good way to end a holiday .

I had a lovely six-night stay at this place, which was peacefully located near the marina and conveniently close to the beach and great cafés and restaurants for delicious breakfasts and dinners.

The location was good and the bathroom was nice and modern. We only stayed one night and cannot comment on the kitchen facilities. At least they have good plunger coffee handy.
The hotel needs a makeover. Everything is a little run down.

Really roomy chalet and a functional kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge so very handy when travelling with a baby.
Room needed the heater on - it was a little windy and chilly outside.

Location was convenient to shopping in nearby suburbs. On the water which was good, although weather wasn't - so couldn't enjoy. Liked the welcome basket and the extras, like notebook, sewing kit etc.
